Open Houses:
- Please inform the Casarina office at least 48 hours prior to an “Open House”.
- “Open Houses” are allowed only Sundays between 1:00pm and 4:00pm.
- Listing Agents MUST put in writing the dates of “Open Houses”, the name of the homeowner, homeowner address, the name of the realtor who will be running the “Open House” and submit this to the Casarina Office by 4:00 PM on the Friday, proceeding the date of the Sunday Open House.
- Requests for alternate days may be submitted and are subject to approval, by management.
- Clients wishing to walk grounds, MUST be accompanied by the agent or agent's rep.
- The "Open House" unit MUST be attended by an agent or an agent representative for the duration.
- Realtor may place only one “Open House” sign on Midnight Pass Rd. and a sign near the building.
- Realtor MUST meet client at main entrance, escort client to “Open House” and escort back to lobby.
- “Lock boxes” are allowed on the unit for sale within Casarina Condominiums.
